This office is really messed up we made an appointment and provided our insurance information almost 2 months ago. 2 days prior to the appointment they called and said our insurance was not accepted by them. They apologized for the mix up . But what good is that if you need medical help. We tried to call them back and was told we would get a response in 24 to 72 hours. Thanks a lot have a nice day.
I would strongly caution anyone considering this doctor. My husband suffered multiple strokes, and despite the seriousness of his condition, this office repeatedly failed to provide even the most basic follow-up care. The doctor stated my husband needed another MRI, but it was never scheduled, and when my husband called multiple times to ask about it, those calls were never returned.
