Dr Scott Rapp is the best! His work is phenomenal
He is seriously god sent and a blessing to thousands of children that come into this world. He is so dedicated to the work he performs for his patients, and it shows! I could cry because he is literally an Angel and idk what i would do or feel like if my son didn't have such a dedicated and caring plastic surgeon.
