Horrible experience! Did not prepare for appointment despite sending medical records months in advance. Didn’t know why I was coming to see him. No bedside manner and unprofessional. There was incorrect information about me in my medical records. When I informed the Nurse about it she tried convincing me that it was correct and I needed to take it up with my health provider?????
