Was a patient of his for 10 yrs, until he became money hungry, wanted an additional $$$2900.00 per year to be on his short list. That's above what his office visits costs. Real quick to refer you to real doctors when he's confronted with actual medical needs. Hes a pill pusher whos more into the greenbacks over his patients . recommended him to others at one time, before his dollar grab became his main focus. You get more compassionate services from the vet when compared to costly

MDVIP is a get rich faster program this man participates in. It charges $2800 annually per patient for "tailored" wellness medicine. But this guy won't see a patient unless they sign up for it. That tells ne something about his character. The laws re Medicare and medicaid do not allow such fees ffir routine care, but you won't get that from him unless you pay. Dr. Costley is a great doctor. He is caring and kind. He has been my doctor for many years. He is very knowledgeable and I have followed him to 2 different practices and 3 different locations! I would not consider ever leaving his care ! I want to thank him for the great care he has given me over the years !

This is the first time I don’t feel like I’m being “scolded” by my doctor. He is knowledgeable, actually takes the time to talk to you, and very friendly. His staff has been a hit/miss situation but could’ve just been a bad day for them. Regardless, I’m very happy to have Dr.Costley as my primary. Reputation is very well deserved!
