I rated with a 3 star due to my recent experience with my claims adjuster. Jesse did not communicate with me properly and did not care for my needs. Service Master should not be used because they never finished the work at my house. My stove was in the middle of my kitchen for a few months.
American Family Insurance is a great place to get car insurance.
I will say we have always received friendly service at American Family Insurance, and we have been with them for 25+ years. However, due to the continued rising costs...we are going to be forced to look elsewhere to cover all of our policies.
