As usual, I was seen quickly by the nurse who related a question to Dr. Hippeard. Came in and answered all of my questions and asked me pertinent questions. I never feel rushed and I appreciate his knowledge and patience. The office staff is very pleasant and efficient.
Blown away by the lack of response and care about potential patients from this doctor’s office. I have never in my life been ignored on making an appointment based on my “new patient paperwork” answers (although not confirmed by their office). Treating people seeking care with such disrespect is a disgrace, especially coming from “care givers” such as doctors. Avoid this place if this is how they treat humans seeking medical care. Clean, Friendly, Convenient and Dr. Hippeard is also top notch! He listens, supports and gives advice for the best care possible. Definitely recommend!!
