This is my third year as a patient with Dr. Hippeard’s office, and I’m extremely comfortable with him and confident in their decisions about my health. They listen well and do an enormous amount of follow up to ensure referral appointments are set up. They immediately respond to any questions/concerns I have and post all results in a very user friendly portal. Another year, and I’m more impressed with Dr Hippeard and his staff. THE best doctor I’ve ever had! Dr. Hippeard is very thorough, offers choices and respects his patient’s decision on a treatment plan. He genuinely cares and takes an interest in all aspects of the patient’s overall care. Staff are also awesome....caring, patient, attentive and always professional and friendly. Very upset about not being allowed to come back and speak to Dr HIPPEARD about my husbands condition. I was told that they would come and get me when the doctor came into the room only to discover that I was denied that right. Although there is a sign on the wall stating at this time no one besides the patient is allowed back, I was still advised I could when Dr HIPPEARD entered the exam room. DO NOT TELL YOUR CLIENTS THIS IF ITS ACTUALLY NOT GOING TO BE POSSIBLE. My husband is not the best at communicating his full spectrum... read more
