Very upset about not being allowed to come back and speak to Dr HIPPEARD about my husbands condition. I was told that they would come and get me when the doctor came into the room only to discover that I was denied that right. Although there is a sign on the wall stating at this time no one besides the patient is allowed back, I was still advised I could when Dr HIPPEARD entered the exam room. DO NOT TELL YOUR CLIENTS THIS IF ITS ACTUALLY NOT GOING TO BE POSSIBLE. My husband is not the best at communicating his full spectrum... read more
