Being involved in coordination meetings Scott Hedrick have always kept the best interests of the owners in mind and have asked us to work with them on achieving these goal within the contract obligations. Mike Burden treats the company as if he is an owner of the company. One of the few contractors that you can proceed with work on a "handshake" literal or verbal.
