The appointment was on time, staff was wonderful kind and very polite, lots of smiles and interactions.
I got right in and was taken care of wonderfully. Both the nurse and the doctor took time to hear my concerns and explain procedures.
Dr. Haughawout took his time and really listened to me. His focus was finding the best treatment for me and my complicated diagnosis. I'm so lucky to have him as my doctor!
Dr. Haughawout answered all of my questions, and he explained medical terms in a way that I could understand. I felt valued as a patient, bc he did not rush me through my appt with him. What stood out to me the most, was his warm personality and professionalism, as he greeted me with a warm handshake and introduction, and a handshake afterwards.
