Very pleased with the professionalism from everyone. I was very comfortable with the fact I didn't have to wait. Everything was explained to me to help me understand what my condition is and what to expect moving forward.
Dr. Haughawout listened carefully to my concerns and was careful to pinpoint from where my pain was arising. He mentioned options and explained why he chose the one he did. The nurse was professional and warm.
In 2018 I had made an appointment and had to cancel due to extreme sickness and one other time due to my dad being seriously ill and I had to fly to Arizona to care for him. I made an appointment for tomorrow and when trying to reschedule it due to Thanksgiving travel plans and leaving earlier with family, I was advised by the staff I could not reschedule. No grace at all given and no forgiveness because life happens. Sorry that you don’t take this into account.
