This is my second home purchase with Fairway Home Mortgage. Scott and his team were always available. Communication was excellent, and the application and uploading of documents were all online in your personal portal. I always knew where I was in the process. I was able to close in 30 days without a problem. I highly recommend reaching out to Scott if you are in need of a mortgage.

Scott and his team helped us work thru a Refi to consolidate debt. There were so many changing parts on our end to help get the most out of what we had available and were looking to achieve. Mark was great to work with! He is a great guy. He was always very timely and got thins things done asap. And he was always a text, phone call, or email away. Doesn't matter if I contact him on the weekend or evening. He answered every question I had very thourough! This was my first time purchasing a home and he made it really easy and seamless! Highly recommend him and his team if you are buying a home!
