Had them come out for sewer line blockage. They scoped the line, and saw a few issues with it. Little Alladin qouted me $30,000 to fix it. I Laughed and told him NO. Fast forward a month later, came home to them setting up barricades around my property. They were about to dig up my whole yard without my permission. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

They charged my great grandparents, who are in their 90s, $830 to install two faucets. My grandparents purchased the faucets from Home Depot. The job took 1.5 hours. These people are preying on elderly people. We spoke with the manager and he said they received a $100 discount because they were a loyal customer. Could you imagine paying $930 for someone to install 2 faucets?? See the description of work on the receipt. It’s all there.

I called two other plumbing companies before calling Scott Hale plumbing. Scott Hale was the first to return my after hours call for an emergency, and the only company that would show up within the hour. Mike was awesome! I will definitely call Scott Hale and ask for Mike again.

Derek was very professional from the beginning of his visit and knowledgeable about how to fix my plumbing problem. He was quick to pick up the parts needed and answered all of my questions. I needed a new disposal. It broke 2 days before thanksgiving so I was eager to get it fixed ASAP. Aladin was very professional and great to explain everything. He went above & beyond. He checked my water pressure too. Great service as usual.
