My elderly mother saw Scott Hadfield recently and was treated very poorly. She felt dismissed and disrespected and did not leave with her issue being addressed. She ended up with a severe infection at Instacare where she received excellent treatment. It appears Scott is selective with who he respects and doesn’t. Not an acceptable trait for someone dealing with people’s health. Regardless of age everyone deserves respect. Needless to say she will not be returning.
This was my first visit with Dr. Hadfield. He was very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, and gave some good solutions. I like my PCP but going to him was well worth the extra copay to see a specialist.
