Scott is the man. he got me reduced from a second offense to a first offense dui. and got the sentence delayed so i could keep my job, and my pension. miracle worker and nice guy.

Scott Goodman is a well established and professional attorney who represented me and my interests after a Driving Under the Influence (DUI) arrest in Albemarle County. Scott took the time to initially meet with me after normal business hours given my schedule. Scott was very candid and upfront about every aspect of my legal case and was accessible and engaged over the duration. I was very fortunate in the outcome of my legal case and attribute much of this to Scott's representation.
I could not have asked for a better experience with Mr. Goodman. He was extremely diligent (spent time taking pictures to back up my story, answered all my calls/texts immediately, followed up with the court afterwords to make sure everything was fine). I was extremely lucky to be referred to Mr. Goodman by someone with a great heart and great soul. I am a super newbie to Virginia and was got into a mess of a situation. Mr Goodman took a tough case for my teenage son, got the charges reduced, and got my son off with just small fines despite serious charges . I would highly recommend him . He genuinely cares about tthe teenagers . I would give him a 10 if I could .
