About this business

I tend to be very upfront and forward with the patient regarding education about expected outcomes and what they are going to experience. I feel that if patients are well informed and have a better understanding of what to expect, then they tend to have a smoother procedure and post-operative course.

His assistant is a very comprehensive and a polite provider, but uses his own word of "direct" as an excuse for his behavior. I felt sorry for her having to try to cover for his behavior. He is rude, arrogant, and condescending. He lists in his his bio online as "direct" to excuse this personality flaw of a medical provider. I love direct, direct is informative and typically understandable. It is not an excuse, ever, to be the way he was in my first, and will be only appointment. I won't be billed to be talked to in such a m... read more

I would highly not recommend seeing Dr. Westfall. He kept us waiting for over two hours, due to his personal errands and his team kept trying to hide it as they all had different stories for his cover up. When he finally arrived, he was grumpy, unkind and proceed to me that he’s had to carry the world on his shoulder so I should be happy that he made it here. He did't bother to diagnosis me or look at my medical issues. He basically said he’s going off what his PA said. If you care about your health, please stay away from Dr... read more

Dr Westfall is great, the medical care itself no complaints. The medical assistants are particularly phenomenal. But the way the office is organized shows some real non client centered thinking. First, the door to the office does not accommodate wider wheelchairs--including ones provided by the hospital itself. The many scrape lines on the door are proof of the close fit. Luckily my father can walk a little to get to a chair inside but if you can't I figure they'd have to get you another smaller chair or carry you?? Lame. Mo... read more

I’m getting exactly what I came for, knowledge, expertise, commitment, dedication, and follow through. I do not care if parking sucks, if I have to wait a bit because someone before me apparently needed him a bit longer than predicted, or if I’m inconvenienced in some capacity. When Doc is with me he gives me the same respect - time! Time to ask and answer questions, time to put your spirit at ease when you truly need it and for that I’m forever grateful. What I do care about is that he’s willing to figure out what’s wrong, ... read more
