Absolutely the best doctor I have ever been to. Doctor Zwick was kind, considerate, compassionate, and attentive. I can't believe the number negative reviews. I would recommend him to anyone seeking an excellent GI specialist.
It was an extremely negative experience with Dr. Andrew Zwick during a 30 minute colonoscopy. His bedside manner is poor, the staff was sloppy, so I was injured while sedated. My body was not wrapped to protect me from rough handling so I suffered a trauma injury. This was my 4th colonoscopy but the first time to be injured while sedated. There was no follow-up or concern. I had to call for the lab results. The office manager told me to use their portal to reach Dr. Zwick yet after 3 emails, no response. Patients are handled... read more
Karen Nelson the office manager is the reason I would advise that no patient should ever go to this practice! I needed a colonoscopy and endoscopy and for two weeks I called and left her messages and she never got back to me. They gave me medicine that caused me to get sicker and she refused to allow me to speak to Dr. Eisner! He may be a good doctor but several of his office staff are rude and unprofessional. Karen Nelson hung up on me and told me to find a new doctor. I’ve never been treated this way by any doctors office.... read more
I have been a patient of Dr. Zwick for over 20 years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in his field but also compassionate, patient, and attentive. Over the years, he has been instrumental in managing my GI health, always taking the time to listen to my concerns and provide clear explanations for my treatment options.
We must have caught him on a bad day. I am shocked to see positive reviews. If you are looking for a doctor that is rude, dismissive and abrasive- this is your guy! He lacks empathy and listening skills which are important for any health care provider working with patients.
I had an urgent health scare with horrific food poisoning. Dr Eisner’s team took me in right away. I had no wait time. I was seen by his incredible nurse practitioner Shelley within minutes of arriving and they ordered the testing and labs I needed all within 45min. It was the most calm, efficient and caring experience I’ve had in a doctor office in ages. I feel so grateful to be taken care of so well.
if you need a colonoscopy they will tell you that they accept your insurance and the surgery center except your insurance. The day before the surgery, they will tell you to bring cash with you. Then if you cancel because you don’t have the cash, they blackball you so no the doctor will see you. It is a complete nightmare! I would run rather than ever deal with those people again.
Dr Gach is very knowledgeable & pleasant. Still waiting on results of biopsy after 2 months & 2 phone calls to office.
Had seen 3 GI doctors in the past few years and not one spent the time listening and examining me as Dr. Eisner did. After 3 weeks my stomach and GI tract has felt the best as it has in 25 years. His nurse Nancy was is the kindest nurse I know.. always returning my calls with info fro, Dr. Eisner. Wouldn't see anyone else.
