Dr. Fuchs, was a true professional, very friendly and knowledgeable. The scheduling department was another question?? They kept confusing the colonoscopy for an endoscopy. I found the representative Sandy, that we were assigned to rude and extremely kurt! Kindness goes along way Sandy. Making people feel at ease should be a priority.
He told me he didn’t think I had Chrons after I have been suffering with it for 15 years?? I switched doctors.

Dr. Fuchs became my doctor in 2003 when I was almost overwhelmed by my colitis and that turned out to be one of the best days of my life - from that point forward, my health literally did a 180. I had the best stretch of health I have ever had since I first developed UC in 1986. Dr. Fuchs is a great doctor, he takes his time, he genuinely cares, has empathy,, and he has a tremendous bedside manner. I am so grateful that I met him. Dr. Fuchs himself is great! He explained the colonoscopy procedure and prep to me wonderfully. He is friendly and attentive. His medical assistant, on the other hand, leaves much to be desired. Don't expect a call back by the end of the business day as her message says - probably best to not expect a call back within 48 hours!
The first thing is that he discovered a polph attached to the wall of my colon that was very difficult to find and turned out to be cancerous. I have been under his care for about twenty years. He is a hero to me personally.
