I used to go to this office and had Dr. Freeman as my PCP but the office became so bureaucratic and requested so many forms to fill out which I understand due to HIPPA requirements and so on that I just stopped going to this doctor. There is no other doctor's office in the area that has so much bureaucracy as this office. Before the office was part of Texas Health Resources, the reception front desk would just print all the forms every time you would visit and just waste so much paper. They turn you away when you’re a new patient and ask you to go to urgent care
I went to Dr Freeman after suffering from continuing congestion of the nose and he was very reasonable with the different scenarios and suggestions. He gave enough time and prescribed proper medication which has helped me .
We have been visiting Doc Freeman since 2004 and he is one the BEST family practice physicians in Dallas area.
