I have to say I am very disappointed. Things started out well but then progressively declined. I’ve been having intermittent hearing loss with low sounding frequencies plus repeated left ear infections. Upon my last ear infection I scheduled an emergency appointment because it was really bad. As soon as he entered the room he said, “Well, I’m not sure what else I can do for you” and was dismissive.
