Realtors and buyers beware! This builder is extremely unprofessional, all the way up to the VP of operations. I voiced my complaints on behalf of my client who left their office in tears. I received a 2 sentence reply from the VP! They clearly do not care about customer service what so ever. Doesn't make one feel very confident in how they build their homes. Great experience overall. Buying a house is always terrible stressful but SF Homes was with us every step of the way. I highly recommend!!
We are very happy with our new home designed by Scott Felder. The customer service is very prompt with answering our questions and resolving any issues concerning our new home.
