Realtors and buyers beware! This builder is extremely unprofessional, all the way up to the VP of operations. I voiced my complaints on behalf of my client who left their office in tears. I received a 2 sentence reply from the VP! They clearly do not care about customer service what so ever. Doesn't make one feel very confident in how they build their homes. Great experience overall. Buying a house is always terrible stressful but SF Homes was with us every step of the way. I highly recommend!!
