one of the worst builders with build time going infinitely into space. I booked a home in south santa rita with this build back in Dec 2021 when the interest rates were 2.5 to 3%. It’s been 1yr and he is still building my home I thought it was due to shortage of labor or any other material but he build all other inventory home within short period but mine was not built yet.
