I’ve been to Avondale several time working with their Sales Associate Breanna Alvear. It’s a great pocket community inside 1604 near Randolph. Stunning homes! Breanna gives incredible customer service.
Avondale is a great community that offers beautiful modern homes with stylish designs and efficient layouts, catering to families of all sizes. Conveniently located, a short drive to diverse selection of restaurants, shops, and nearby military bases. As a real estate agent, I have sold two houses in this community and my clients are so grateful.
