We hired Scott to set up our dispensary and received legal advice and regulatory knowledge that, after checking with a second and third party, was incorrect. Secondly, the firm seemed confused and disorganized and never knew where the documents were...we must have spent 15-20 minutes just trying to find our company's documents. Also many people left the firm who we were working with in 2018. Lastly, we received a big bill at the end and when we said we wanted to negotiate it, Scott said he would sue us.
