Do not ever buy any machinery from this company!!! I purchased it for my apartment complex and they gave me warranty for two years. When I would call them for the warranty it would take the minimum two weeks just to come. In addition every single one of their machines broke down at least once a week. Then when I tried to get parts, it took over a month just to get parts never again will I deal with this company or service. Please be aware.
During his general service visit to our business today, regional manager Michael Gagliardi shocked me with his expertise and acute attention to detail when it came to customer service. After examining the machinery, he was honest about what needed to be replaced right away. The fact that I can call this person whenever I need our equipment serviced and know that an honest job will be done makes me quite happy.
So far so good! Gordon from the parts department has been really helpful and I'm pretty sure doing more foe me than just his job description. From making me a new customer account to helping me get a quote from the service department. I'm very appreciative.
Yesterday was the first time I ever contact Scott Equipment for a very important need I had for our place of business. Mr. Gordon Lanza was so knowledgeable and did a wonderful job helping me with any questions and getting me what I needed very quickly. I had to reach out to him once more today to place another order for another item I needed and the customer service was just as amazing. Thank you so much for your help Scott Equipment Team. :)
Gordon In parts is so very helpful, he knows the machines almost inside and out, and if he doesn't have the answer, he get you the answer, Or with someone who does. Gordon in parts should be the person you have all your trainees learn from first and then put them in the field.I have used Scott equipment for over 26 yrs, and will have my replacement use Scott equipment if I retire.
