Terrible customer service rude lady 0 compassion
Simply the best!
First, Scott & Nate were very knowledgeable and proficient each time they came out for services. I have absolutely no complaints there, and couldn't ask for better. However the administrative side of things is a completely different story. To start, I used have 2 horses, one I own, and another I lease, and I used their services for both. Eventually the lease horse went back to her owner, but for some reason they didn't want to split the account, and instead having me pay them, and then the owner pay me each time.
