We hired Scott English to remodel our home between 2017-2019. The reason we hire him was his mild mannerism and what we thought were good reference from his past clients. Well, the journey with Scott was a disaster. He may be a nice guy, but he is an incompetent contractor. Our project was slightly over 750K, and it was a disaster…. No Schedule. I sent him the HOA approved plan for an addition to the house on 12/17. He did not respond to 4 text messages. Then, a month later he said he needs the plans in a different format and if I can't get them he will not bid for the work. A friend of mine used him and had a similar experience. Stay away from him!
