After being a State Farm customer for nearly my entire life (through my parents and now as a married adult), my insurance policy was cancelled due to an "unacceptable" level of claim activity. Over a period of a dozen years, my husband and I submitted claims for two stolen bicycles. That's it. Newsflash State Farm...people buy insurance so they can recover the value or replace personal property when it's stolen or damaged.
