Always friendly
I called to make a new patient appointment for my son and the receptionist , Amy, was the rudest person on the phone. acted like i was an inconvenience. this is actually the second time she has been rude towards me. so i’m assuming she does it quite often. since i inconvenience her i will not be brining my children here.
The girls in the office seemed great but, after I was seen by Dr Redwantz I felt terrible. I have a fear of the dentist, it’s just the noise that really bothers me. Anyway Dr. Redwantz told his receptionist to call me after my appointment to tell me the doctor doesn’t feel comfortable working on me. I already have a ton of anxiety going to the dentist so, that was the worst to hear and it made me feel TERRIBLE about myself for something I can’t control. This place goes above and beyond! Needed a filling done because mine popped off. The staff was super friendly and got me a same day appointment. Dr. Redwantz was very personable and explained thoroughly what his plan of action was before we got started. Completed all of my dental work the same day efficiently with great quality! Happy I found my new dental office! Thank you Dr. Redwantz and staff!!
