Terrible customer service and doctor treatment policy for his EXISTING patients. Dr Phillips has been the only ENT to see my daughter. He told her she could always come back and see him if she ever has issues. She has a concern now but because she is 18 he refuses to see her without a referral. Dr. Phillips has been nothing but amazing with my kids! I first found him because he seen my daughter while she was in the Nicu. He advocated for my daughter in the Nicu and got her what she needed when we went and seen him out of the Nicu.. He made sure she was taken care of! If it wasn't for her having to be on the airway clinic in Cincy then she would still be seeing him. Also, my 6yr old son sees him in which he can be a HANDFUL during appointments.
