Dr Mcdonald was able to save my Cockatoos wings. I took him to a local vet who assured me he knew how to clip wings. He clipped them all down to nothing. Hopper was only 4 months old. From then on he literally CHEWED HIS WINGS as they tried to grow back. It was over a year that the behavior continued. In February I was able to go see Dr. Mcdonald. I have gone to Dr. Scott for. 25 years he is the best!! Always great to see him every year. Super great with the birds and very kind and friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely 5 stars!!
