I got a black 2020 Chevrolet Traverse with this dealership last year. Yesterday, I went to the mechanic to buy some new parts for it and the mechanic noticed that our vehicle did not match what was on the registration. Our names were registered for a grey GMC Acadia. I called in to get this resolved only to feel gaslighted by their staff. The technician working Saturday morning April 24, has no idea how to change tires. My tires are on rims and I have done the install myself a number of times and after having them install my tires my car now drifts to the right. This can potentially cause thousands of dollars to damage to my car.
