Wonderful dental office. ALL staff friendly and professional.
I had Dr. Luan & my experience was amazing. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely welcoming and took her time verifying my insurance was going to cover the procedure. The dental assistant, Lady, was extremely gentle and kind, constantly reassuring me and asking if I felt okay. Dr luan was simultaneously thorough and fast! This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I’ve had a lot of mistrust with dentists in the past and bad experiences, but this place completely changed my perspective. 5/5 stars. I absolutely would NOT recommend Dr. Luan as he has no compassion for his patients. I left there feeling literally tortured. I was a model patient up to the point that the numbing medication wore off and I told him that he was hurting me, yet he proceeded to blow cool air onto my exposed nerve. I reached up and grabbed his hand because I was in severe pain and needed a break and he chastised me for doing that and then told me that we aren’t a good fit and I should find another dentist.
