Showed up 5-10minutes late for my appointment and the front desk has me sit through the membership sales talk. By the time I get brought into the patient room, it's 15 minutes past the appointment time, so the doctor refuses to see me and asks me to reschedule. Felt like this should have been emphasized during the multiple Confirm your Appointment emails and texts you get.
Dr. Kerstetter is THE BEST! I've always had M.Ds who rush through appointments. But Dr. Kerstetter has a holistic approach and really listens to your entire history. He is sharp, amiable and ALWAYS returns my calls and refills my meds. My only downer is that he is leaving Sleepy Hollow...I will truly miss him. But who knows...maybe I'll follow him! Thanks Dr. Kerstetter for your years of care.
Choose him. Kerstetter is a brilliant doctor--I feel so, so lucky to have found him. Listens to your concerns and responds quickly; he goes above and beyond to make sure you get the care you need. He has helped me with several pharmacy and prescription issues that would have taken me a week (or more!) to do myself. I honestly have only good things to say about him, and would 100% recommend anyone to go see him.
