While his promptness is sill a problem, he is defiantly still alive and practicing. He is doing telehealth appointments only not video ones. He will call you when he gets to you which will not be the day of your actual appointment. It’s the surprise no one wants. He can choose to turn the lights out when ever he’s done now instead of having awkward encounters trying to do that when people were in the office. Still the same humor and yes the phone is being answered, Alexa is his office manager.
