It was good except for the fact that he kept turning away from me while he was speaking and, with my hearing loss (which he was aware of since I had just had a hearing test done), I missed half of what he was saying and had to ask him to repeat himself many times. Other than that, things were fine.
I have been to the office of Dr. Curry several times in the past 35 years. He and his staff have always been kind, cheerful and helpful.
My young daughter has been a patient there for 6 yrs. We went to urgent care, got put on meds, didn’t work and were told to see ENT ASAP. Was told by the front desk it was not important and that we had to wait until the end of July for the first avail appointment, almost 2 months to be seen as an established patient. I went to see Dr Curry after I saw two other ENT specialists about a particular problem. The result of my previous appointments left me with very apprehensive feelings for any kind of treatment I might need. My first visit with him was very good and the last visit resulted in me needing a minor procedure. I was extremely nervous. He was so gentle he was so kind and he knew exactly what was going on with me and what he needed to do to fix the problem. I had a negative experience with my visit last year. So on a whim was looking through reviews for Dr. Curry. I highly recommend looking at the background check section. There is a PDF you can download. Look through the facts of his case. It is not the first page, but just read through it carefully. Very disturbing. I do not know how he even still has a license. I have heard good things about Dr Parsons though, if you do not want to see a doctor with a criminal record.
This gentleman is top notch with office staff to complement.
