If I could do 0 stars I would DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE (added pic of the lady who is EXTREMELY RUDE with ZERO patience for KIDS!! The assistant is literally the rudest and has zero patience for kids, but wants to act fake and nice. Drove a hour just for them to look at my kids tooth and be like OK that's it three times because they didn't want to take five minutes for my child to calm down and say that's OK we'll wait. I am beyond disappointed and upset with the way my son and I were treated at this dental office. My son had an appointment that they confirmed with me over the phone — only for us to show up and be told it was canceled. No explanation, no accountability, just confusion and attitude from the front desk staff. Dr. Klohr, his receptionist and staff could not be any more friendly and welcoming. Dr. Klohr takes the time to ask questions and explain everything in a very professional manner. I felt very comfortable and at ease. Dental hygienist Renee was also very professional and kind. I felt very comfortable and at ease with her as well. Thank you for making my experience good.
