My doctor referred me here. Weeks went by and they never contacted me.
Dr Cooper is not the first neurologist I have seen but he is the best. He and his team have always been respectful of my time as a patient. I never wait extended times to be seen. They helped diagnose a problem that previous neurologists missed and got me some pain relief after suffering with debilitating migraines for almost 30 years. ☠️‼️Beware‼️☠️ THIS MAN: •has never listened to me. IMO listening should be the bare minimum for a Dr. •talks over me and talks down to me, virtually every time we’ve spoken… extremely hurtful when begging for relief and paying monumental copays for a ‘specialist’… •raised his voice, 🤐 never let me get a word in, mocked me, and 🤳hung up on me in a time of “after-hours” medication distress/confusion (I'm talkin’ 5pm, not midnight…). I’ve been a patient here for four years, and unfortunately, it still takes many months to get an appointment, and that’s with an NP. I haven’t seen Dr. Cooper in a few years, as the only way to get in sooner is through a nurse practitioner. If you’re looking for a responsive practice with timely access to your physician, based on my experience, I recommend looking elsewhere.
