To begin....I was struck on the right side of my head by a golf ball hit by a careless Doctor on 5/22/21. I survived but due to the dangerous choice of a Doctor, I am now 5 years and counting in my recovery process. Booked an appointment traffic was super bad was 10 min late drove an hour doctor to them to reschedule me for 2 months later horrible looking for another doctor
Dr. Cooper and his staff have been kind, informative and patient with my Dad. I would recommend.
Referred to Dr. Cooper from the ER for signs of a stroke and dementia. Contacted them and was told they would call back to set up an appointment. Never called. So I called them back and the receptionist was very unhelpful and very rude. She said we couldn’t get an appointment until May and then hung up on me. Very unimpressed with this practice.
