Referred to Dr. Cooper from the ER for signs of a stroke and dementia. Contacted them and was told they would call back to set up an appointment. Never called. So I called them back and the receptionist was very unhelpful and very rude. She said we couldn’t get an appointment until May and then hung up on me. Very unimpressed with this practice.
My family and I see Dr. Cooper. He’s amazing and we feel so fortunate to have found him. We have been seeing Dr. Cooper for over a year. He is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. He patiently answers all of our questions and takes his time with us. He has helped us all so much. He is also very well respected at the hospital and has a reputation of excellence. We cannot recommend Dr. Cooper enough!
My doctor referred me here. Weeks went by and they never contacted me.
Dr Cooper is not the first neurologist I have seen but he is the best. He and his team have always been respectful of my time as a patient. I never wait extended times to be seen. They helped diagnose a problem that previous neurologists missed and got me some pain relief after suffering with debilitating migraines for almost 30 years. ☠️‼️Beware‼️☠️ THIS MAN: •has never listened to me. IMO listening should be the bare minimum for a Dr. •talks over me and talks down to me, virtually every time we’ve spoken… extremely hurtful when begging for relief and paying monumental copays for a ‘specialist’… •raised his voice, 🤐 never let me get a word in, mocked me, and 🤳hung up on me in a time of “after-hours” medication distress/confusion (I'm talkin’ 5pm, not midnight…).
