To begin...Zero Stars Deserved and 61% One Star reviews...So I get a written response from Patient Relations late in July where the letter mentioned that a process was started with "The Quality Improvement Department" at Northside Hospital to address the unsatisfactory situation that me, the so-called patient was subjected too. To begin...Zero Stars Deserved....actually Negative Stars should be allowed. To begin...Zero Stars Deserved....actually Negative Stars should be allowed.... I was struck on the right side of my head by a golf ball hit by a careless Doctor on 5/22/21. I survived but due to the dangerous choice of a Doctor, I am now 5 years and counting in my recovery process. I was referred to Dr. Cooper. I was dissatisfied because out of the 7 appointments I had there, I saw Cooper ONCE. Otherwise I saw different doctors, and saw only one of them more than once.
Dr. Scott Cooper took the time to listen and carefully evaluate my symptoms, ultimately confirming my myasthenia gravis diagnosis. He found the right treatment, and my symptoms are now better controlled. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding neurologist.
