Booked an appointment traffic was super bad was 10 min late drove an hour doctor to them to reschedule me for 2 months later horrible looking for another doctor
Dr. Cooper and his staff have been kind, informative and patient with my Dad. I would recommend.
Referred to Dr. Cooper from the ER for signs of a stroke and dementia. Contacted them and was told they would call back to set up an appointment. Never called. So I called them back and the receptionist was very unhelpful and very rude. She said we couldn’t get an appointment until May and then hung up on me. Very unimpressed with this practice.
My family and I see Dr. Cooper. He’s amazing and we feel so fortunate to have found him. We have been seeing Dr. Cooper for over a year. He is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. He patiently answers all of our questions and takes his time with us. He has helped us all so much. He is also very well respected at the hospital and has a reputation of excellence. We cannot recommend Dr. Cooper enough!
My doctor referred me here. Weeks went by and they never contacted me.
