I’m giving Dr. Scott Cooper a 1-star review based primarily on my experience with communication, follow-up, and how I was treated as a patient. I saw Dr. Cooper for the first time on July 14. He appeared very experienced and ordered several tests. After the tests were completed, I called the office multiple times because the results were not available in my patient portal. To start I would seriously advise anyone to steer clear of this Doctor. Run Fast or you will get billed for amounts that are not owed multiple times. Just a Money Grab for sure. Please read my review and all the other ONE STAR Reviews and be smart and research and do not make the poor choice that I unfortunately did. 61% ONE STAR reviews tell the truth...So I get a written response from Patient Relations late in July where the letter mentioned that a process was started with "The Quality Improvement Department" at Northside ... read more
