☠️‼️Beware‼️☠️ THIS MAN: •has never listened to me. IMO listening should be the bare minimum for a Dr. •talks over me and talks down to me, virtually every time we’ve spoken… extremely hurtful when begging for relief and paying monumental copays for a ‘specialist’… •raised his voice, 🤐 never let me get a word in, mocked me, and 🤳hung up on me in a time of “after-hours” medication distress/confusion (I'm talkin’ 5pm, not midnight…). I’ve been a patient here for four years, and unfortunately, it still takes many months to get an appointment, and that’s with an NP. I haven’t seen Dr. Cooper in a few years, as the only way to get in sooner is through a nurse practitioner. If you’re looking for a responsive practice with timely access to your physician, based on my experience, I recommend looking elsewhere.
My husband has little trust in neurologist... Maybe that's the grumpy vet in him But he very much enjoyed Dr Cooper and his staff. I found them to be friendly, the doctor went through everything, they were short staffed that day, and apologized several times. Very pleased with Dr Cooper and his staff.
I just left Dr.Cooper’s office and I’m so very glad I finally made an appointment with him. Many of these reviews are off putting but honestly I’m not sure why, maybe some people were just having a bad day when they wrote them? I’ve been to several different Neurologists so I have comparisons. Everyone in the office was so very nice and friendly.
