First, this service is totally legitimate and it's akin to an AIRBnB for car rentals. Due to an unforeseen circumstance, I needed a rental car after 9:00 PM but with the exception of the airport (that was too far away), all of the local rental car locations near me were closed. I reached out to Scott who explained his service and the TURO app, and I was able to pick up a car by 10:00 PM. I was broke down on the highway near town it was late and Scott answered the phone right away. And I was able to get a car delivered to a hotel the next morning!! He would also have let me pick up the car that evening but my uber was already taking me to the hotel. Every thing went great I was very happy with the car I got!!
