Excellent doctor. Took time to thoroughly discuss my medical situation. I was saddened when he left the group.
Dr Brunner is one of the best Doctors I have been a patient of. Unfortunately his practice like so many others was bought by Unitedhealth Care/ Optum Group. Personal one on ones time was chopped down to create a turn style practice to meet Corp. metrics. Office employees were either rehired by Optum or let go if they didn’t meet their criteria. I waited on the phone for 20 min waiting to ask a 5 min question. Totally unacceptable!!! 20 min out of my life ill never get back.
