This office is wonderful! All the stuff are amazing at what they do. I trust Dr. Crafton! He is knowledgeable and he's very good at explaining things so you understand. All of the hygienist are nice and are very good at helping you feel a bit more relaxed.
Dr. Crafton will suggest extensive treatment you don't need. He will rush to get you in and charge 50%-100% more than if you wait to go to a similar provider. Do not get work from him without a second and third professional opinion and if you can wait for other providers like Audubon Dental your care will be much better. My wisdom tooth came in and was causing me excruciating pain. The staff here got me in as soon as possible and I was I'm extremely greatfulfor that. Dr.Scott removed my tooth for me effectively and professionally. He was very kind to me too. I was in there maybe 30, 40 minutes. Thank you so much for helping me in my emergency when I needed help. The staff was overwhelmingly kind to me and Dr.scott did a wonderful job.Couldn't recommend this place enough.
My boyfriend went here had to get one tooth pulled bc it had a whole in it and this was 3 months ago and now there is a small little hard piece in that spot where they pulled his tooth and its literally where they did not get the whole tooth out and it's giving him problems he went to the clinic to find out it was definitely a piece of tooth they didn't get it all out. Completely ridiculous and very expensive. Do not recommend to anyone!
Honestly, I’m astonished at the experience I had here. You always hear of bad medical practices but you never really believe in it or at least I didn’t until now.I WILL NEVER TRUST ANOTHER DENTIST. They did everything wrong. It’s almost comedic. Simply put, my teeth’s weren’t fully clean, I walked out with a bill that was double what I was quoted, and finally I had a mouth filled with problems.
