Great place for a mortgage closing. People were friendly, willing to explain details and answer any questions you had. Returned calls promptly.
Check your commitment before closing and compare it to the one they want initialed at the closing table. They added exceptions to the commitment and did not REDATE the commitment or mark it REVISED. When we got to closing the commitment had been changed reserving mineral rights. The contract clearly and boldly asked for mineral rights. The original commitment made no mention of reserved mineral rights but when we got to closing the commitment had been changed showing reservations of mineral rights.
