The work was totally unacceptable! The finish work was left undone with Mr. Scott claiming we wanted it to look "unfinished". We had ONLY requested that the floors have the natural look with a clear sealant. Mr. Scott is quick to respond. Now, his office closes down during holidays and calls aren't returned at times, especially if you are an unhappy client.
