We had our upstairs hvac replaced two years ago by Scott. The air handler and outside heat pump. Last week our upstairs unit was running all the time but produced cool air. I turned it off and called Scott . They came out right away and diagnosed two problems. Our air handler since the original install was not jumpered correctly . We learned that heat elements were never being used so when the system called for,aux heat, no heat coils were passing warm air. I was referred to Scott Comfort Systems by a friend. I am so glad she let me know about this company. Ms. Lynelle was very responsive and kind when I called. She had Brandon out to my house within 4ish hours. Brandon checked the system and replaced the contactor with 2ish hours. By the end of the day, my heat was back on. Everyone was polite and very patient as I was sick at the time of the call. Thank you so much for the quick service!

Just had a new upstairs HVAC system installed by Scott Comfort Systems. The dual fuel heat pump and gas furnace TempStar system they installed is awesome! I’m already seeing a huge reduction in my daily electric usage when compared to our 17 year old heat pump. I found Scott Comfort Systems to be extremely honest, professional, meticulously thorough, BEST PRICE, and neat. They even swept my upstairs attic when the job was done.
