Scott Comfort Systems earned my trust from the very beginning. When I made the first call to this office in Feb I was very anxious thinking about the magnitude of the necessary HVAC repair, but the calm, understanding tone of the young lady who answered immediately eased my mind. Firstly, thanks Brandon for your professionalism, patience, explanations and suggestions. From the initial call for quote to scheduling and the visit, everything went smooth and everyone was very professional. This call involved inspection and testing to make sure our system is in order for the winter as part of a maintenance plan. I had a great encounter and interaction with Brandon. The interaction and treatment I received is enough to know that they will be our goto AC company.
