We had our upstairs hvac replaced two years ago by Scott. The air handler and outside heat pump. Last week our upstairs unit was running all the time but produced cool air. I turned it off and called Scott . They came out right away and diagnosed two problems. Our air handler since the original install was not jumpered correctly . We learned that heat elements were never being used so when the system called for,aux heat, no heat coils were passing warm air.
