I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Scott Honda Collision Center in West Chester, PA. My 2026 Honda CR-V was involved in an accident in June, and the accident was not my fault. Took Honda Civic 2026 in for door paint repair. Did a great job on the paint but someone scratched and chipped the door interior. Also sprayed the interior with some kind of wax and didn’t properly wipe it so it’s rough and lightly discolored. Called and they gave me the go around and said “We have no tools that would cause that.” Like what? No keys? No nails?
