A friend and I walked by 3 employees and not a single one spoke to us, Wouldn’t even look at us. We were the only people in the store and nobody asked do we need help or anything. Typical sundown Livonia 🤷♀️.
As a proud Stetson western hat owner, I will not take my hats anywhere else for cleaning or reshaping. The team at Scott Coburn's are experts in western hats... I simply cannot recommend them enough. When I bought my first western hat, I was unaware that they need special treatment and protection from reason and was caught in a brief downpour which resulted in the fur of my hat bubbling and blistering on the crown. Ordered special order boots since they didn’t carry the ones I wanted-arrived quickly and even took a friend in to get boots and the staff is super knowledgeable about boots. They have some quality brands and unique finds. It’s an awesome place.
