I need an appt with you. I had one until you went to brick :( u were the one who looked at my photos from a friend who asked u. Why did the other doctor not tell me the same? He didn't even tell me what to do next. Please
This doctor is one of the nicest, pleasant, real doctors. I have met in a very long time. I wish he could be my doctor for everything. The staff is absolutely amazing. They are calming, always answer and work with you! They are just all around amazing. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
Although Dr. Cluley has been good in providing treatment, his staff, especially Laurie, has been rude and displayed an attitude I'd rather not deal with. Unfortunately, I will be going elsewhere for follow-up, due to the rudeness displayed on the telephone call. Misunderstanding staff that can't keep track of appointments, cancellations, and making a new one are not the way I want to spend my day. I have never encountered such an attitude in medical staff, until I was forced to treat at Brick Hospital.
