Owner, Gina (sp?), is a real witch, there are better ways to conduct business than by berating people who are trying to help you. Yelling gets you no more answers than being kind. Just based on how the owner treats people assisting them with issues involving their business… I can verify that I would NOT ever support their business personally. Entitlement gets you nowhere, in fact, just makes people want to help less.
