I’ve been coming here since I was 13 and I’m now 34. The business has been on a steady decline since change of management. Most of the staff are rude and condescending. I was put on hold today for 45 mins because the receptionist was chatting with a client….I was on hold so long I left my house, drove to the office, and walked in on why they couldn’t service me, and she still didn’t think enough to stop and do her job. Had very good experience with them. I received my contacts in a week. Also happy with the eye exam itself, very thorough exam. I do recommend them if you're looking for eye doctor and/or eyewear.

There was a rather long wait, but Dr Spearman really takes his time giving clear explanations so the wait is forgiven once you see him. He is so sweet.
