Where do I start? I first met Scott when I purchased a home with him in Modesto in 2003. Right of way I knew he was sharp and on top of things as the purchase of this house went through the process. Since 2003, I have used Scott for 4 more home transactions. The last transaction, was April of 2023 when I sold my home. Scott is very knowledgable of his profession and is professional at well. When we decided to sell our house, we interviewed 4 realtors and chose Scott Cary. He has been excellent! He is energetic, knowledgeable, experienced, helpful, and is readily available when questions arise. He is an outstanding negotiator. I posted this review a few years ago. Scott has been wonderful to work with. He was extremely helpful in letting us know how to stage our house and has been extremely responsive through the entire process. He was able to get us multiple offers and we sold our home in 5 days. I would recommend Scott to anyone who is looking for and honest agent who truly has your best interest at hear whether you are the seller or the buyer.

Scott made an otherwise stressful sell of my home, much easier. He kept me informed every step of the way. Our house hit the market and 5 days later we had an accepted offer with a 21 day escrow that actually closed a few days early and over asking price!!
