We had Scott and his crew renovate an 1820's Carriage House into a small one-bedroom cottage nearly 15 years ago and have had zero issues with the building since its completion. After lifting the 25x25 building and pouring a complete foundation they promptly went to work stripping the building down to its original Post & Beam frame.
