State farm offices don't do anything anymore. Why even have the offices if you have to still do everything for yourself

I was quoted 12k for a year with and 8k deductible and I asked if this was correct and she assured that she put everything in accurate and blammed "inflation" called another state farm and got quoted 2500 for the year and great coverage. I brought this up to her , showed her the quote..asked if she could explain the 10k difference and asked why I didn't get other options and she refused to respond. She clearly was working on commission and doesn't have her clients best interest. Very frustr... read more

The staff at this location are very kind and helpful. I received a reimbursement from them when my car broke down and I had to pay a tow truck driver out of pocket (for faster service). They had a check cut the very next day.
Terrible experience so far. Premiums increasing on both auto & home after first year initial period. Get you in the door, and hit you for no reason whatsoever despite impeccable driving record with no claims. Be careful. December 2023 Update: The "safe-drive & save app" pushed an update and apparently, I am responsible to ensure the app is re-connected to the beacon each time there is an update.
